Robin joined ASA as the Vice President, People & Culture, where she works in partnership with the Chief People Officer to establish a people strategy and road map to drive engagement and meet the present and future needs of ASA.
She serves as subject matter expert to solve business problems, execute, and provide leadership and guidance to the People & Culture Team in all areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Payroll and Organizational Development.
Robin is an HR Professional with extensive experience in both the for-profit and non-profit industries. She is an innovative and transformational HR Leader with a 20+ year progressive career of successfully translating business vision into HR initiatives, programs, services, and operations that improve organizational growth, performance, and employee engagement.
Robin came to ASA most recently from the YMCA of Greater Boston, the largest social service provider in Massachusetts, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading all aspects of Human Resources, driving business strategy and organizational efforts. Robin previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer for both The Home for Little Wanderers, a private, non-profit, child and family agency, and for Manet Community Health Center-a multi-site, federally qualified, non-profit, community-based health center organization. She was also a Senior Human Resources Leader at Abt Associates, a global research and consulting firm, specializing in health, social and environmental policy, and international development with offices in over 50 countries.
Robin is a graduate of Boston University, School of Management where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. She is also certified in HR Competency Models through the Human Resources Certification Institute and a member of both The Society of Human Resources Management and the Northeast Human Resources Association.
