Angie also oversees key operational functions, ensuring teams are equipped to navigate growth and change effectively.
Angie is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in human resources and has successfully led complex cultural shifts across national and global organizations. Before joining ASA, she served as Vice President of People, Culture, and Global Human Resources at Oxfam America, where she spearheaded initiatives to align HR strategy with mission-driven goals across international teams. She also held leadership roles at Navitas, where she managed human resources for North America, supporting a diverse network of educators and institutions.
Committed to fostering environments where employees can thrive, Angie has served on several nonprofit boards, including the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts and the Immigrant Family Services Institute.
