Featured Book Signing: Crisis-Proofing Today’s Learners

Tuesday, March 12, 2024  | 4:45 – 5:30 PM | Location: Transform EXP Learning Lab

Join us for a special conversation and book signing with Jean Eddy, CEO and President of American Student Assistance (ASA). Jean will be interviewed by Kevin Delaney, Co-Founder of Charter.

Sadly, nearly half of today’s kids are not adequately prepared to make informed, confident decisions about what they want to do after high school. A thought-provoking examination of today’s career and workforce preparedness, Crisis-Proofing Today’s Learners: Reimagining Career Education to Prepare Kids for Tomorrow’s World, explores how and why career readiness education must be revamped to prepare teens for the future. The book is an urgent call to action: If we don’t change how we approach career readiness education, we will irreparably fail our kids. The key is helping our kids explore career pathways long before they graduate from high school.
