ASA’s Education & Career Planning Services – Although, ASA’s Education and Career Planning Centers are temporarily closed, we are still committed to supporting students and families. In lieu of in-person meetings, Education Advisors are available by telephone and email to provide students and families with personalized, in-depth information on planning for a post-secondary education, including financial aid questions. Families in Boston or Brockton that need in-depth 1-1 support can call 617.536.0200, 508.586.3100 or email ecpcenters@asa.org.

Additionally, for general FAFSA questions, career exploration guidance, or federal student loan support, our ASA call center remains available to customers nationwide at 866.465.6262, or for MA residents at 877.332.4348.
