American Student Assistance^® (ASA) is committed to helping student borrowers successfully repay their higher education debt. To achieve this, ASA^® offers Wellness^SM communication initiatives that protect student loan borrowers’ financial futures.

• Our belief. Our initiatives provide borrowers with what they need, when they need it. For each stage of repayment, we use several methods for sending targeted communications with the primary goal of contacting borrowers.
• Our impact. Lowering cohort default rates, keeping loans in good standing, and saving taxpayers’ money are the results of Wellness.
