The A to Z’s of Written Policy Requirements

Course Description

In this session, participants will actually review the regulatory requirements for policies that must be provided to consumers in written format. At the end of this session, all participants will know exactly what is required, how and when the information must be provided, and materials to take back to the office to be used as a checklist to insure compliance.
